The hotel provided transportation to the boat, ensuring all luggage was accounted for. Upon arrival at the welcome center, cold towels and complimentary snacks were a nice touch. I found that the boat ride to the dock was fast and the boat crew was helpful.
The layout was confusing. There were no maps to indicate directions to the lobby. The kid zone was dominated by a blaring TV and uninterested staff. Some young children were trying to read without supervision.
